This error appeared on informtica when you are trying to create informtica services to solve this error all you have to do :-
Change the following Exclusive to Normal.

I have changed the Repository Service from Exclusive to Normal. In order to do this I must disable Repository Service. What is the order of enable/disable for the two services to accomplish getting Integration Service enabled?
